How We do it
Source Materials
Beginning with the source materials (pit run rock) whether sand and gravel or shot rock, the source rock is meticulously pre-tested by qualified, independent, professional laboratories to insure that the source rock meets both Federal and State specification for hardness and durability. Numerous rock sources furnished by the companies are federal and state approved.
Crushing & Screening
The crushing and screening of all aggregate products are done to customer specified gradations with appropriate documented screening operations. Products are either weighed by belt scales during crushing or by platform scales during hauling according to customer specifications.
Concrete Products
Concrete products are produced according to ASTM standards. The concrete is produced according to customer approved mix design with the appropriate mix of quality cement and Federal or Stated approved aggregate products. Transportation of the product to the customer site is performed to insure the product arrives with maximum quality intact and meeting customer specifications.
Asphalt Products
Asphalt mix is produced according to customer approved mix design with the appropriate mix of quality asphalt oil and Federal or State approved aggregate products. Transportation of the product to the customer site is preformed to insure the product arrives with maximum quality intact and meeting customer specifications.
