Asphalt Patching

Asphalt is considered one of the strongest paving materials there is. It can withstand harsh weather conditions and heavyweight vehicles. Its functionality is proven to stand the test of time. When major degradation happens on your asphalt pavement, you don’t need to worry because asphalt is completely recyclable.

Once the roads show small wear-and-tear, it is a sign that the roadway is failing.  Deterioration of asphalt begins in smaller areas  damaged by water or other factors. If not quickly fixed, the damage will spread and turn into a quite larger more expensive project. Watching and repairing areas early, can save your roadways.

Asphalt Production

Valley Paving and Asphalt has three asphalt hot-plants. Two of these plants have permanent sites located in McCall, Idaho and Ontario, Oregon. We have a portable asphalt hot-plant that is dedicated to Governmental asphalt and paving work.

Base Materials

Valley Paving and Asphalt produces a variety of course materials that provide a strong foundation for whatever it is used in. This strong foundation is a direct result in paying careful attention to the mixture components and construction requirements.

We are interested in all crushing and crushing related work. We specialize in hard rock quarries, crushing in sand and gravel sources, screening, mixing, agglomerating and washing materials. Over the past 10 years, we have produced an average of 1.5 million tons per year of various crushed products, working on an average of 30+ contracts per year.
