Clearwater Concrete was founded in 1977. CCI retails ready-mix concrete at five operations located in Idaho and Oregon. The company's Idaho operations include concrete batch plants at Kamiah/Kooskia, Orofino and McCall. The company's Oregon operation is located in Ontario, Oregon.
Valley Paving & Asphalt Inc.
Valley Paving & Asphalt was founded in 1993. VPA retails hot-mix and cold-mix asphalt products, provides commercial laydown services and preforms asphalt mixing and laydown contract work for Federal and State agencies. The company owns and operates three asphalt hot-plants with corresponding laydown and support equipment. Two of these plants are located at permanent sites in McCall, Idaho and Ontario, Oregon. One portable asphalt hot-plant is dedicated to governmental contract asphalt and paving work.

Seubert Excavators Inc.
Seubert Excavators was founded in 1963. SEI has three portable crushing plants. SEI"s primary work area is the western United States. The company has also preformed a five year crushing contract in Missouri and has quoted prices on projects in the central, eastern and southern United States, Canada and Mexico. Since 1968 the main emphasis of work has been crushing in hard rock quarries, crushing in sand and gravel sources, screening, mixing, agglomerating and washing materials. Over the past ten years, SEI has produced an average of 1.5 million tons per year of various crushed products, working on an average of 30+ different contracts per year. In 1979 SEI crushed aggregates for the Bonneville Dam, Powerhouse II project. In 1989 SEI completed a contract for Homestake Mining Company at the Wood Gulch Mine in Northern Nevada, crushing, agglomerating and loading the leach pads. During the 1989 season the work involved crushing, agglomerating and stacking 600,000+ tons of ore during a five month period. SEI's Crushing experience also includes crushing and car loading over 1.5 million tons of railroad ballast for the Kansas City Southern Railroad in Missouri. In 1994/1995 SEI crushed and stockpiled 500,000+ tons of railroad ballast and sub-ballast for Neosho Construction in Wyoming. Other construction experience includes highway & airport construction projects, water, sewer & boat ramp construction.
