Valley Paving & Asphalt Inc. was founded in 1993. VPA retails hot-mix and cold-mix asphalt products, provides commercial laydown services and preforms asphalt mixing and laydown contract work for Federal and Sate agencies. VPA is fully equipped with high-capacity portable asphalt plants available for contract work.

Seubert Excavators Inc.
We have three portable crushing plants and two fixed-based crushing sites. SEI is interested in all crushing and crushing related work in the United States, but we primarily do work in the western United States. Since 1968 the main emphasis of work has been crushing in hard rock quarries, crushing in sand and gravel sources, screening, mixing, agglomerating and washing materials.
OFFICE LOCATION
The company's home office and fabrication shop are located in Cottonwood, Idaho. The fabrication shop repairs and rebuilds all crushing, concrete, asphalt, paving and supporting equipment. All of the support equipment, conveyors, bunkers, trailers, and electrical vans are fabricated and custom-built at this shop.
Crushing & Screening
The crushing and screening of all aggregate products are done to customer specified gradations with appropriate documented screening operations. Products are either weighed by belt scales during crushing or by platform scales during hauling according to customer specifications.
